What this site records
There are two places on this site where you can type something: the booking form and the message bubble in the corner. This page says exactly what each one records and where it goes.
The site also counts how it is used, three ways: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, described in the next section, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying who you are.
Cloudflare sits in front of it, which is how the site is delivered and kept up, and Cloudflare does add two things of its own before the page reaches you.
- A script from static.cloudflareinsights.com, on every page. It runs the Cloudflare Web Analytics count above. It sets no cookie.
- A cookie named cf_clearance, which Cloudflare uses to tell visitors from bots. It is set for this site, it lasts about a year, and your browser will not show it to any script on the page.
Cloudflare also keeps its own record of the requests it handles, including your IP address.
Counting visits: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
Pages here load Google Tag Manager, which loads Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. We use them to see which pages people read, which buttons they press, and where a booking gets stuck, so we can make the site easier to use.
Google Analytics records the pages you visit, how you arrived, your rough location from your IP address, your device and browser, and the actions this site reports to it: opening the booking form, a form that did not send, a booking or chat message that did, which buttons you pressed, and how far down a page you scrolled. It never receives your name, email address, phone number or anything you typed.
Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used: clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement, which it can play back as a recording of the page. Every form on this site is hidden from it, so a recording shows an empty box where you typed.
Both set cookies to tell one visit from the next: Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, kept for up to two years, and Clarity sets _clck for a year and _clsk for a day, with Microsoft setting MUID on its own domains. What Google and Microsoft keep, and for how long, is decided by them and is set out in their own privacy statements.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, none of this loads unless you press Accept on the banner. Everywhere else it loads by default. Wherever you are, you can change your choice here, and Reject stops it loading on every page after that.

Recorded with either one
Three things are recorded that you do not type: the page you were on when you sent it, with any campaign tags in its address, the page that sent you to this site, if your browser shares it, and your IP address, which is the number your internet connection gives you. The IP address is recorded so that one connection cannot flood the form.
Where it goes
Two places, both of them ours. It is emailed to Massage Muna so somebody can reply to you, and it is written to a file on the web host that runs this site.
The email and the file do not hold quite the same thing. The email carries everything above, including your message. The file carries your name, your number, your email address, your province and town, the treatment, the date you asked for, and your IP address.
It is not sold, and it is not sent to an advertising network or an analytics service. None of the counting above ever sees anything you type.
Having an entry removed
Send a message through the chat bubble on this page and say so, or send the booking form asking for it. Tell us the mobile number you gave us so the entry can be found.
